Leadpin for growth marketers
Plug Google Maps into your outbound stack. From 0 to 500 qualified prospects per month in 15 minutes.
As a growth marketer, you know local outbound is an underexploited goldmine. Most growth stacks focus on LinkedIn + Apollo + Clay — excellent for B2B mid-market but blind to small local businesses. Yet response rates 3-5x higher wait there because outbound competition is much weaker.
Leadpin is the missing layer in such stacks. Official Google Maps sourcing → built-in Kanban pipeline → CSV export or direct HubSpot push → your email sequences. All for under €150/month, with cross-zone deduplication that stops you from contacting the same business twice across multiple campaigns.
Standard growth stacks miss the local layer
Apollo, Clay, Sales Nav, ZoomInfo, Cognism — they all share the same limit: they enrich data for companies registered in commercial databases (SIRENE, Crunchbase, LinkedIn corporate). The small local businesses that are your best B2B prospects in some verticals (management software, admin services, pro insurance, professional training) don't appear in those bases.
Google Maps, on the other hand, references those businesses — and their public coordinates are usable. The problem is that no growth tool has positioned on that layer, leaving growth marketers to hack their own scrapers (fragile, in breach of Google ToS, and unstable at scale).
Leadpin fills this gap as a clean layer, compliant with Google Maps Platform terms. You get the same results as a homemade scraper, but stable, legal and zero-maintenance — with technical scoring and pipeline management built in.
What Leadpin adds to your growth stack
Official Google Places, not scraping
Leadpin uses Google Places API (New) with optimized field masks to maximize data while minimizing server-side cost. You get 100% official data, compliant with Google Maps Platform terms. No legal risk, no IP bans, no captchas to solve.
Cross-zone deduplication (all plans)
When you scout multiple cities or categories, Leadpin automatically detects cross-zone duplicates via the Google place_id. A business already seen in a previous search doesn't cost a second credit and doesn't pollute your pipeline. You can run 10 searches a week without ever sending the same email to the same prospect twice.
Kanban prospecting pipeline (Agency)
The built-in Kanban replaces the back-and-forth between Leadpin and your CRM for the qualification phase. Drag-and-drop prospects between New → To contact → Contacted → Client → Discarded columns. You keep the geographic context, the Listing/Web scores, the tags — all in one place. Perfect for a 1-3 person growth team prospecting continuously.
Direct HubSpot integration (Agency)
Connect your HubSpot account via OAuth and Leadpin automatically pushes qualified prospects into a configurable HubSpot pipeline. Each prospect becomes a Contact + Company + Deal with all structured data (Listing Score, Web Score, tags, notes). No more exporting a CSV and remapping columns in Operations Hub.
Built-in technical scoring = automatic segmentation
Listing Score and Web Quality Score give you extra fields to segment your sequences. Example: sequence A for Listing Score < 30 (local SEO pitch), sequence B for Web Score < 40 (rebuild pitch), sequence C for Listing > 80 (premium upsell). Automatic segmentation, at export or directly in HubSpot.
Typical weekly workflow
1. Define 10 zones × 2 categories
Every Monday morning, you launch 20 Leadpin searches (10 cities × 2 business categories) to feed your weekly pipeline.
2. Automatic cross-zone dedup
Leadpin detects and filters businesses already seen in your searches over the last 30 days. The 400 raw results become 250-300 unique prospects.
3. Filter by scores
Toggle "Incomplete listings" + "Sites to rebuild" to keep only priority prospects (~120 out of 300).
4. Kanban triage
The 120 prospects land in the Kanban's "New" column. You drag-drop validated leads to "To contact" (~80). The rest stays in "New" or goes to "Discarded".
5. Push to HubSpot
One click creates the 80 "To contact" prospects in HubSpot as Contact + Company + Deal. Every Leadpin field maps to a custom HubSpot property.
6. Email sequences from HubSpot
You trigger your Sequences (or Smartlead via CSV export) on the newly created Deals. Responses land in HubSpot, the Leadpin pipeline reflects status automatically.
Plan recommandé
Agency (€149/month, 10,000 credits)
The Agency plan unlocks the Kanban prospecting pipeline and the direct HubSpot integration — the two most impactful features for a growth marketer prospecting at volume. 10,000 credits/month cover 500 searches of 20 prospects, plenty for a serious outbound machine. Cross-zone deduplication is included in every plan, so there's no extra cost for scouting broadly.
Questions fréquentes
How does cross-zone deduplication work?
Every Google Maps business has a unique identifier (place_id). Leadpin tracks these IDs in your history and, on every new search, flags duplicates. You can choose to hide them in the list, exclude them from credit billing, and filter them out of exports. Concretely: you can scout Lyon, Saint-Étienne and Villeurbanne without getting spammed by the franchises present in all three cities.
Can I bypass the 20-results-per-search limit?
The limit comes from Google Places API, not from Leadpin. The right approach is geographic segmentation — multiple small searches instead of one large one — and let cross-zone dedup handle cleanup. You'll get 100-300 unique prospects per session in 5 to 10 minutes.
How does Leadpin compare to Apollo or Clay?
Leadpin is complementary, not competing. Apollo enriches individual contacts. Clay orchestrates multi-source enrichment. Leadpin provides the upstream layer: sourcing local businesses from a geographic area and a business category, with technical scoring and an integrated Kanban pipeline. In a mature growth stack, all three coexist.
