How do I export Google Maps to CSV, Excel, or XLS with Leadpin?

Leadpin lets you export any Google Maps search (businesses, prospects, points of interest) to CSV, Excel (XLSX), Markdown, or plain text in one click. Each export contains up to 30 columns: name, address, phone, website, hours, rating, reviews, category, GPS coordinates, and more.

What fields are included in the Google Maps export?

Name, business type, status, Listing Score, Web Quality Score, Google rating, review count, price level, editorial description, payment methods, services, accessibility, phone numbers, website, full address, GPS coordinates, hours, Google Maps link, and your prospect tags and notes.

How many results can I retrieve per search?

Up to 20 results per search within your radius zone. You choose how many you want in advance (1 to 20) via a slider, so you only consume the credits you need.

What are the Listing Score and Web Quality Score?

The Listing Score (0-100) measures Google Maps listing completeness. The Web Quality Score audits the technical quality of the associated website. It's activated on demand per result and is available starting with the Pro plan.

How long is my data retained?

Search history is retained 30 days, in accordance with Google Maps Platform terms of service. Your prospect tags and notes survive — a single click refreshes an expired listing.

Is the data up to date?

Yes. Leadpin queries Google Places API (New) in real time on every new search. Listings are cached for a maximum of 30 days before being refreshed.

Can I resell or redistribute the exported data?

No. Google Maps data cannot be resold or used to recreate a commercial database. You can use it freely for your own prospecting, CRM, cold outreach, or internal studies.

How much does Leadpin cost?
