Leadpin for local B2B sales reps
Source 100 qualified prospects a day in your territory, without Sales Navigator.
You're a field sales rep in a defined territory: a city, a region, a district. Your quota requires 20 to 50 contacts per week. Your Excel file runs dry, your CRM doesn't fill itself, and you lose hours finding prospect coordinates before you can even contact them.
Leadpin is built for you. Precise geographic search, direct CSV export, predefined business categories, and a tagging system that lets you track each prospect's status without leaving the tool. All at €19/month vs €99/month for Sales Navigator which doesn't even cover small local businesses.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator doesn't cover your turf
Sales Nav is great at targeting decision makers in 50+ employee B2B companies. But to prospect local businesses — craftsmen, restaurants, garages, liberal professions, small services — Sales Nav is useless. These companies aren't always on LinkedIn, and when they are, their profiles are empty, inactive, or point to a personal account.
Result: you spend your day searching Yellow Pages, Google, Street View, door-to-door. Inefficient, exhausting, non-scalable. And your CRM empties faster than it fills.
The local B2B market is worth billions of euros in Europe. Millions of SMBs have recurring needs (insurance, telecom, energy, supplies, training, legal, accounting, services). Those who source efficiently close deals. The others miss their quota.
What Leadpin brings to field sales
Exhaustive Google Maps coverage
Google Maps lists almost every brick-and-mortar business with address, phone, hours, website and client reviews. It's the most reliable local prospecting base that exists. Leadpin queries it via Google Places API in real time, with results sorted by distance (rankPreference: DISTANCE) rather than popularity — so you see EVERY business in your zone, not just the top 5.
Radius adjustable to the kilometer
Slider from 500m to 50km. You dial in the exact territory of your sales route — a neighborhood, an industrial park, a district, a full city. No other tool offers this level of geographic granularity.
20 predefined categories + free text
Bakery, hairdresser, auto garage, restaurant, pharmacy, florist, optician, dentist, vet, lawyer, accountant, real estate, notary, plumber, electrician, landscaper, gym, physio, etc. Each category runs an optimized search. Or type your own trade keyword.
Built-in prospect tags and notes
On each prospect, add a free tag and a note (context, next step, call feedback). 5 preconfigured statuses: New, To contact, Contacted, Client, Discarded. Your notes survive the 30-day purge — you keep your prospecting history even when Google Maps data is refreshed.
Direct export to your CRM
'Export' menu → CSV or XLSX compatible with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, Zoho. 30 columns per prospect plus your personal tags. Import in 30 seconds into any sales tool.

Two searches on complementary categories (e.g. 'auto garage' then 'real estate') give you 40 prospects in under 10 seconds.

9:15am — Start calling
You switch to action. The rest of your morning is dedicated to what actually matters: talking to prospects.
5:00pm — Update tags
Back in Leadpin, tag the prospects you called (Contacted, Client, Discarded) with a context note. Tomorrow you pick up exactly where you left off.
Plan recommandé
Starter (€19/month, 500 credits)
For a sales rep prospecting 100 businesses a week, 500 credits/month cover 25 searches of 20 prospects. Prospect tags and notes are included from Starter. You can accumulate lists over several weeks thanks to the 30-day history. Pro plan recommended only if you also want to audit websites before calling.
Questions fréquentes
Does Leadpin provide emails?
No, Leadpin focuses on public Google Maps data: name, address, phone, website, hours. To get emails, pair with Hunter.io (~€50/month) which finds emails from the domain returned by Leadpin. The combo works very well.
How does Leadpin handle duplicates if I search the same area multiple times?
Each business has a unique Google place_id. If you rerun a search returning the same businesses, they'll show in history but not in your tags — tags are keyed by place_id, so they persist across searches and you immediately see which prospects have already been worked.
Can I download my lists to share with my team?
Yes, via CSV/XLSX export which is perfectly shareable. If your team uses HubSpot, the Agency plan (€149/month) pushes prospects directly into your HubSpot pipeline — each rep finds their leads in their usual view without any manual import.
