Use case

Leadpin for web agencies

Find in 30 seconds the local businesses whose website needs a rebuild.

You run a web agency and you spend more time sourcing prospects than delivering projects. The treadmill is familiar: LinkedIn Sales Navigator costs a fortune and doesn't cover local SMBs, directories are out of date, word of mouth is unpredictable, and when you finally land a lead you don't know if the site actually deserves a rebuild or if you're going to waste a week pitching.

Leadpin fixes exactly this. The tool is built so an agency can generate in 30 seconds a list of 20 local businesses in a specific area, qualified on the technical quality of their current website, ready to be contacted.

The current pain of agency prospecting

A web agency sells on average 12 to 20 website rebuilds a year. To close 12 deals, you typically need to prospect 300 to 500 leads. If each lead takes you 5 minutes to source and qualify manually (check the site, test mobile, count Google reviews), that's 30 hours of sales work per year — and only if you stay organized.

The real cost isn't the 30 hours. It's the inefficiency: 80% of your leads already have a decent site and will never buy a rebuild from you. You burn time pitching them instead of focusing on the 20% who actually need it. Worse, you drain your emotional energy on rejections that were avoidable.

Existing tools don't solve this. Sales Navigator targets employees, not businesses. Hunter and Apollo give emails but no signal on site quality. Google Maps scrapers return CSVs but no scoring. The result: every agency ends up stitching their own workflow from 4-5 tools, hours of manual CSV exports, and human errors.

What Leadpin does for you

1

Automatic Listing Score on Google Maps

For each returned business, Leadpin computes in real time a Listing Score 0-100 based on 15 concrete criteria: phone number, website, hours, photos, editorial description, payment methods, accessibility, price level, Google reviews (volume and rating), etc. A listing < 40/100 is immediately flagged. That's your first filter: a business that neglects its Google profile probably neglects its site too.

2

On-demand Web Quality Score

One click on each result and Leadpin technically audits the prospect's website and returns a 0-100 score based on 10 checks: HTTPS enabled, HTTP 200, title tag, meta description, meta viewport (mobile responsive), lang attribute, canonical or Open Graph, favicon, recent year in footer, absence of obsolete markup (<font>, <center>, bgcolor). A site < 40/100 is a direct candidate for a rebuild — rock-solid argument in your cold email.

3

"Sites to rebuild" and "Incomplete listings" filters

Two toggles at the top of the results list instantly narrow down to prospects < 40/100. You go from 20 raw results to 8 priority leads in one click. No more scrolling. Pro plan and up.

4

One-click bulk audit

"Audit the 14 remaining sites" button launches parallel audits (concurrency 3) on every prospect with a website. In 2 minutes, your list of 20 leads is technically scored and ready to be exported to your CRM.

5

CSV / XLSX / Markdown / Text export

The export contains 30 columns per prospect: name, category, status, Listing Score, Web Score, national and international phones, website, domain, broken-down address, GPS coordinates, hours, description, payment methods, Google Maps link, your tags and prospect notes. Compatible with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead.

A typical agency workflow

  1. 1. Define the target area

Pick a city (e.g. Toulouse) and a radius (5 to 25 km depending on your service area). Leadpin shows an interactive map where you can drag the pin to the exact kilometer.

  2. 2. Select a business category

From 20 predefined categories (restaurant, hairdresser, auto garage, plumber, accountant, self-storage, etc.) or free text. The search is tuned to surface lesser-known businesses (rankPreference: DISTANCE) instead of the 5 national franchises that clutter your results.

  3. 3. Run the search

20 enriched businesses in 5 seconds. Each result displays its Listing Score immediately. Colored badges let you visually identify priority leads.

  4. 4. Audit the websites

Click "Audit 14 sites" → 2 minutes later you have the Web Quality Scores. Toggle "Sites to rebuild" to filter.

  5. 5. Tag and note

On each priority prospect, add a free tag (e.g. priority-1, urgent rebuild, called-no-reply) and a context note. These survive the 30-day Google Maps purge.

  6. 6. Export to your CRM

Menu "Export" → CSV or XLSX → immediate download. Import directly into HubSpot, Pipedrive or your favorite cold-email tool. Your tags and notes are included.

Plan recommandé

Pro (€49/month, 2,000 credits)

The Pro plan unlocks Web Quality Score and advanced "Sites to rebuild" filters. 2,000 credits = 100 searches of 20 prospects each — more than enough to feed an agency closing 20 rebuilds a year at a 5% conversion rate.

Questions fréquentes

How many leads do I need to source to close one rebuild?

Industry average is 1 rebuild for every 30 to 50 qualified leads with a crafted cold email. With Leadpin and the 'Sites to rebuild' filter, this ratio drops to 1 for 20 because your prospects are pre-qualified technically.

Is Google Maps data up to date?

Yes. Leadpin queries Google Places API (New) in real time on every new search. Listings are cached for a maximum of 30 days before automatic refresh. Your prospect tags and notes, however, are kept indefinitely.

Can I use exports to feed a commercial database?

No. Google Maps Platform terms forbid reselling or recreating a database from extracted data. Leadpin lets you use this data for your own prospecting, CRM, cold outreach — but not to build a competing product.

Can I integrate Leadpin into my existing CRM?

Yes. The Agency plan (€149/month) unlocks a direct HubSpot integration: your prospects are created as Contact + Company + Deal in your HubSpot with one click, and every Leadpin field maps to a custom property. For Pipedrive, Close, Attio, Folk, CSV/XLSX exports remain compatible.
